Customer Relationship Management:

Internal Processes:

• Collaboration with the production and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitoring order processing and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Documenting sales activities and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, ideally in the field of POS displays, solid board, corrugated board, or related products.
• Expertise in sales and customer support.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organizational talent and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualification:

• Completed degree in Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in packaging and design, ideally in a leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and implementing design projects and packaging solutions.
• Leadership experience and excellent team management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and strategic mindset.
• Knowledge of common design and project management tools.
• Fluent German and English skills.
