Logistics and Quality Assurance Coordinator (m/f/d) in the packaging industry

Your Responsibilities
- Acceptance and processing of export orders (recording & handling customer orders, coordinating delivery dates)
- Preparation of export documents (waybills, delivery notes, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Handling customs formalities and ensuring compliance with all customs regulations
- Planning and organizing transports (air freight, sea freight, truck, rail)
- Negotiation with freight forwarders and carriers, as well as concluding contracts
- Monitoring transport processes and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Point of contact for international customers, including complaint management
- Preparation of invoices and credit notes for exported goods
- Coordination of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as inventory monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Implementation and further development of quality management processes
- Maintaining supplier relationships and handling supplier questionnaires
Qualification:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in the field of logistics, export, customs processing, or quality management
- Good knowledge of MS Office as well as 1C desirable
- Strong communication skills and service orientation when dealing with international customers
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems such as 1C Enterprise, KommoCRM
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills (e.g., Russian or Ukrainian) are an advantage.
